For all major systems, Biomorf strongly recommends post warrant Annual Technical Support (ATS).
ATS includes the following (and other items as negotiated):
• 24/7 monitoring of system stability
• 24/7 monitoring of security and intrusion detection
• Provision of routine system adjustment and maintenance
• Bug fixes and minor version upgrades
• Cooperative trouble shooting for interaction with related systems
• System upgrade consultation
• Consultation on business processes and system impacts
• Evaluation of requests for Change Orders
• Dedicated Engineering and Program Management resources
The above services are priced at 22% of the Biomorf price to the end customer or prime contractor. For projects with high complexity, mission criticality or with significant National Security implications, Biomorf does not offer a tiered or selectable service structure. Availability of Biomorf ATS is only valid if the period of service is continual from the expiration of the initial warranty.
